1. 40 pallets of vacuum bags ready for dispatch

We are pleased to share that one full 40HQ container loaded with our premium PA/PE co-extruded vacuum bags was dispatched yesterday, which stands as another proof of our strong production capability and reliable order fulfilment for global packaging buyers.

This shipment totals 1,538,000 pieces of vacuum bags, packed into 1,838 cartons and arranged on 40 pallets. Manufactured with a formula of 28% Nylon (PA) and 72% PE at a single-side thickness of 9 microns, these co-extruded bags offer excellent oxygen barrier property, great puncture resistance, and an easy-open design with bilateral tear notches, widely used for food vacuum packaging.

2. Multi-size PA/PE co-extruded vacuum bags with tear notches

To satisfy the customer’s varied packaging needs, this order includes multiple sizes such as 15×20cm, 20×30cm, 25×40cm, 30×40cm, 40×50cm and more. Our team consolidated newly finished production and qualified stock goods for this shipment to meet the customer’s tight delivery schedule. Mixed-spec sorting and strict pre-shipment QC checks were all completed prior to dispatch.
